The Rough

The construction of your new home is divided into two major components. The rough and the finish. During the rough phase the framework of your new home is constructed.

This phase includes the installation pluming mechanical, HVAC, and the framing of the structure. During this phase sub-contractors will come and go as their respective components are needed.

During this phase changes to the infrastructure may be made as needed with the appropriate documentation.
