Closing and Settlement
When your home is finished, Steven will take you on a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your home, as well as explain our service procedures.
Once the home is ready and final occupancy has been granted by your municipality, we will accompany you to the closing and final settlement.
Closing will be provided by a third party that will ensure all the necessary loan documents are completed, title and title warranties are secure and all other pre-closing documents are ready to sign.
Once you have completed closing you will be ready to move in and begin enjoying your new home.
Our relationship does not end here however. In fact it is just beginning. Our customer care program is designed to make sure you are always informed and it ensures any warranty work that is needed is completed in a manner that always exceeds your expectations.
