We are the proud owners of a beautiful new home built by Steven Dailey Construction, Inc.
We have had three previous homes constructed by different contractors and without question, the quality of this home is the best, and all related aspects of construction were the most stress-free. The credit for this is solely attributable to Steve Dailey’s attitude, work ethic, construction knowledge, experience and professionalism. We requested that several extra things be done during the course of construction – the majority of which were performed. How ever, thanks to Steve’s expertise and subsequent advice, we countermanded a few items.
Steve accepts only the highest quality workmanship, his integrity level is excellent, and he is professional in his relation ships with his subcontractors. We feel that of the many subcontractors available to Steve, he has sought and accepted only the higher quality companies. When Steven promises a time, date or place, you can depend on his word. We found Steve to be very pleasant to work with and consider him a friend. But in this regard, friendship in no way dispels a business-first attitude.
In the year- long process of selling our home, locating a new building lot, and having architectural plans drawn, he was patient with us. We lived in our new home for three months and love it very much. The few warranty repairs/corrections that have occurred have been expeditiously handled. Should something arise in the future, we are confident that it will be judiciously fixed.
Steve’s significant work load, we feel, is a result of great organizational skills, and his clients’ recommendations We would advise anyone planning home construction to engage Steve Dailey.

Throughout the process, you were gracious and patient with our ignorance. We are particularly impressed with your fairness and efficiency. Because of my lack of experience with construction I probably don’t fully appreciate the excellent job you did. Steve Dailey constructed our home and during the entire building process, we were living in New York and unavailable to supervise or monitor the work. We trusted Steve to build his typical high quality home and he certainly fulfilled our trust and expectations. Steve completed the house on schedule and on budget and we have lived happily there ever since.
Once we moved in, Steve encouraged us to make a list of any and all defects we encountered. After a few months, we presented a short list and Steve made the repairs immediately. We were so pleased with the quality of his work and the fairness of his dealings that we have since employed Steve to completely finish our basement and to build a sports court in our side yard. We are also completely satisfied with the results of these projects.
