Quality Control

Once construction begins you home is assigned a Steven Dailey Quality Assurance Coordinator. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be involved in each phase of the construction of your new home.

They will inspect critical components as they are installed and assure they are working perfectly. Your QAC will also attend each inspection by the city and ensure your home meets or exceed required building codes. In most cases this will be Steven Dailey himself.

Before your final walk-through, your QAC representative conducts a final quality control check to ensure everything is in proper working order and up to quality standards. Any needed repairs or touch-ups are made and the home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the Closing and Settlement.
