Your first step in building your new home will be planning. Our process for planning will ensure that you get exactly what you want in your new home.

Plan Selection - First you will need to select a plan. Carefully review the plan to ensure that your new home matches your style and personality as well as meets the needs of your family.

We have over 50 floor plans to choose from. You may also determine to have a custom plan designed to meet your needs and dreams. We can help you by recommending a qualified architect or designer.

Once you have selected a plan you are ready for your pre-construction meeting.
