Pre-Construction Meeting

Before construction begins, you-the homebuyer-are guided through the entire building process. Starting with a meeting to introduce the construction team and to answer any questions regarding the construction timetable.

Our team will discuss the construction schedule and will help you understand the process in full. As you know the weather in Utah can often cause delays in certain aspects of construction, such as concrete and roofing. We do everything possible to maintain the work schedule. During this meeting we will discuss types of delays you might expect and what we do to stay on target.

During this meeting we will also discuss the process of making changes during the course of construction. In most cases changes may be made with the appropriate change order documents. Some changes such as structural changes may not be able to be accommodated.
